  67. <p>Grease a baking dish. Pour 2 cups enchilada sauce into shallow dish 
  68.  or round cake pan. Pour 2 cups enchilada sauce into bottom of baking dish. 
  69.  Heat tortillas one at a time in hot skillet until soft and pliable (only 
  70.  a few seconds). Dip tortilla into sauce in shallow dish. Add cheese and 
  71.  onion and roll tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas. When all are 
  72.  rolled, place in greased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce from shallow 
  73.  dish plus remaining 1/2 cup over tortillas and top with remaining cheese. 
  74.  Cover and heat at 280 degrees until the cheese melts and the sauce is 
  75.  bubbly. Top with shredded lettuce and sliced olives for serving.</p>
